The floor of the yard, plus the things people gather around. Base depth, compaction and jointing decide whether paving survives or cracks — so we build the part you never see to spec, then set the surface dead flat and draining away from the house.

- Concrete work — Broom, smooth and stamped finishes with correctly placed control and expansion joints.

- Fire pits & fire features — Wood-burning and gas fire pits, seat walls and fire tables built into the hardscape.

The visible finish is only half the job. Base prep, drainage, structural reinforcement and correct jointing are what decide whether this still looks right in ten years — so that’s where we over-build.

+Why do paver patios crack or shift over time?
Almost always base failure — too little base, poor compaction, or no edge restraint. We over-build the base and drainage so the surface stays flat for years, not seasons.
+Can you add a barbecue island to an existing patio?
Yes, if the patio's base and utilities can support it; otherwise we'll extend or rebuild the section it sits on so the whole surface reads as one build.
+Do fire features need a gas line permit?
Gas fire features do require permitting in most jurisdictions here — we handle that as part of the scope, along with the trenching and line placement.
