The visible finish is only half the job. Base prep, drainage, structural reinforcement and correct jointing are what decide whether this still looks right in ten years — so that’s where we over-build.
Pools questions
+How long does a pool build take?
Most residential pools run 8–14 weeks from excavation to plaster, plus permitting time. Sloped lots and raised structural decks add engineering review, which we start early so the schedule holds.
+Can you remodel a pool without a full rebuild?
Usually, yes. Resurfacing, retiling and re-decking can often be done on the existing shell and plumbing if they're structurally sound — we'll tell you honestly if a rebuild is the better long-term call.
+Do you handle the permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull our own permits, schedule inspections and coordinate them with the rest of the build so nothing stalls the schedule.
