- Sod & artificial turf — Properly based, drained turf that stays flat and cool underfoot, on grade or over a deck.
- Planting & gravel — Drought-tolerant palettes, specimen plants, decorative rock and mulch suited to this climate.
- Irrigation & drainage — Zoned drip and spray irrigation, area drains and grading that keeps water off hardscape and foundations.
- Landscape lighting — Low-voltage path, uplighting and feature lighting wired into the build, not bolted on after.

The visible finish is only half the job. Base prep, drainage, structural reinforcement and correct jointing are what decide whether this still looks right in ten years — so that’s where we over-build.
Landscape questions
+Is artificial turf a good fit for this climate?
For most Southern California yards, yes — with a properly compacted base and drainage it stays flat, drains well after rain, and needs no irrigation. We'll tell you if a spot is better suited to real sod.
+How do you choose plants for a drought-tolerant design?
By sun exposure, soil and how the space is actually used — then we group plants by water need into the same irrigation zone so nothing gets over- or under-watered.
+Can you fold irrigation into a hardscape or pool project?
Yes — sleeving irrigation and drainage lines under paving before it's poured is part of how we sequence a combined build.
